SUMMER IN THE MONASTERY COURTYARD

We invite you to come and enjoy the garden of the former Dominican monastery. Together with a number of partners we’ll be breathing life into this idyllic oasis in the heart of the city. With an artistic programme of film screenings, artist talks, workshops and performances, we’ve got you covered for the whole summer.

From July up to and including September, all visitors to Kunsthal Extra City (entrance via Provinciestraat) are welcome to enjoy the garden. Starting from 6 p.m. every Saturday, people can enter, free of charge, via the entrance on Ploegstraat. You’ll find our cosy bar waiting for you. On most Saturdays we will also host film screenings when the sun goes down.
