Kunsthal Extra City respects your privacy and therefore wants to inform you as well and as clearly as possible. Through this policy we hope to be able to remove any concerns. Although all information on this site is available without the need to provide personal data, you will be asked for personal information when making a reservation, making a purchase in our webshop or subscribing to our newsletter. This information will then be processed within our system.

WHICH DATA DO WE COLLECT AND TO WHAT PURPOSE?

Kunsthal Extra City collects, processes and uses personal data in order to be able to provide services and communicate about our offer and content. This is done when making a reservation, placing an order in our webshop and/or subscribing to our newsletter. We also process your data for the purpose of obtaining government funding.

This website uses a Facebook Pixel, an analysis tool from Facebook. This tool helps us to analyse the website, which in turn helps us to improve the Facebook experience of our users. PICTURES AND FILM FOOTAGE

During events at Kunsthal Extra City there is sometimes a photographer and/or videographer present. This footage may be published on our website, via social media (Facebook, Instagram,...), in our printed matter, via a newsletter and/or on the Youtube channel of Kunsthal Extra City. It may occur that the audience is recognizable in this footage.

TRANSMISSION TO THIRD PARTIES

- the maintenance of our internet environment (web hosting);
- the maintenance of our IT infrastructure;

STORAGE OF DATA

The storage of the data we collect via Google Analytics is in the hands of Google and takes place in the EU or US under US jurisdiction. This storage is retained for 14 months.

The data we collect through our ticket sales and reservation system will be stored in our database for 7 years. We do this because this is the only way we can make anonymous visitor analyses and trend analyses. In addition to a group of regular customers, many of them only visit us once every few years. Only by being able to analyze over a longer period of time can we map out visitor analyses and trends.

The contents of this site, including brands, logos, drawings, data, product or company names, texts, images, etc. are protected by intellectual rights and belong to Kunsthal Extra City or entitled third parties.
